Kim has over 10 years of experience in the public sector leading programs and making policy. ​The majority of Kim'a experience has been in the disability space. She has particular expertise in employment programs, including as a policymaker at the state level in Colorado.

A scientist and lawyer by ​training, Kim is skilled at both data analysis and persuasion. Combined, these skills allow her to identify meaningful outcomes that tell a compelling story about the work you do.

In all of her work, Kim leverages her ability to rapidly digest large amounts of information and identify a strategic path forward. ​​In her work with disability nonprofits specifically, Kim brings her lived experience as an autistic person. ​
