Courageous Living Coaching Group: Stepping Up to the Challenge

Does the following describe you?

You are a woman who is taking on something you really want and it’s challenging. It might be:
•    A creative project
•    A stronger body
•    The creation or re-creation of a relationship
•    Confidence in your authentic voice
•    Inner Peace

You believe in following your internal compass and living aligned with your values.
Your path may be clear or foggy but you know you want to enjoy both the process and the destination.
You could go solo but prefer being connected to women motivated by similar goals.
You are willing to create your life rather than react to the circumstances that exist.
You are ready to move forward.

If this sounds like you, I invite you to apply for my 2012 Women’s Courageous Living Coaching Group: Stepping Up to the Challenge.

This group coaching program will provide a safe and courageous place for you to step forward. You will be seen and heard, you will be provoked to think in new ways, and, most importantly, you will make progress. Your progress may be step-by-step or punctuated by great bursts of movement.

The benefits to you include
•    One-on-one focused coaching
•    Regular accountability
•    New life skills to shift your state toward flow
•    The power of collective wisdom
•    Accelerated results

The program will stimulate you to increased levels of
•    Clarity
•    Motivation
•    Self-Appreciation
•    Confidence
•    Inner Peace

Your challenge doesn’t need to sound like something that would make a newspaper headline. Woman Stands Tall After Decades of Being Polite could be a fabulous creative challenge. Here are a few others:

             You get what I mean.

I’m excited about helping you accomplish the thing that scares you (it could be an action or a state of being), connect with joy, create a better world in the process.

The marketing professionals tell me these areas are way too broad. I don’t think so. The more I work with people the more I see the similarities in our patterns.

We all want positive attention and love
We want to use our innate and learned talents to good purpose
We want to free ourselves from old baggage that drags us down
We want to feel fully alive in body, mind, and spirit

The things that get in our way fall into patterns too. Most of us carry around at least one of the following beliefs:
I’m not good enough
I’m not loveable enough
I’m too much

And then we have conversations in our heads where different voices argue, sometimes without resolution. Our mature, essential self gets hijacked and we feel confused or scattered. We procrastinate. I will help you sort out those voices and reestablish the real YOU at the controls.

In my previous career, I dreamed about producing a creative project for 5 years. When I buddied up with an accountability partner, I finally made progress. Breaking the process into small steps and being accountable to another person made a huge difference. Two science books published by a New York publisher resulted from my dreaming.

In the last 5 years, I navigated a humane divorce, developed deep skills in coaching, earned two professional certifications, trained and competed in rollerskating dance tournaments, launched a business, and created home in a new state. My family relationships are wonderful.

My most important areas of stepping up to the challenge are not as concrete: persisting when progress look bleak, enduring being a beginner over and over and over, learning to love myself exactly as I am, opening up to vulnerability, and doing the exact thing that scares me so I can get better at it.

In the last week, I did three things I would not have been able to do one year ago. I was the comfortable MC of a professional meeting, I turned the tide of a planning meeting that was going in a direction I thought unwise, and I listened to a colleague's criticism with ease and confidence.

The thing is, I haven't grown in these ways because I'm particularly smart or fearless. I do have a huge advantage though: I'm a part of mastermind groups and I have received continuous, masterful coaching. It's a result of this support that my outlook stays positive and what's important to me stays top of mind. I know and live my values, I nurture my abilities, I prioritize relationships, I play a lot, and I take good care of my body. I am constantly learning.

The Courageous Living Coaching Group: Stepping Up to the Challenge combines the power of coaching with the community of a mastermind group. Sharing with others will remind you you are not alone and will inspire you.  The whole program is designed to accelerate you in the direction you want to go so that YOU can say, 6 months or a year down the road, "Wow, I have done what I didn't think I could do and I am what I didn't know I could be! And what fun I had getting here!"

Format? Four 75-minute calls per month. Half of each call will focus on a theme and provide an exercise to make it real. About 30 minutes of the session will be focused on one individual. You will share your progress every week and your reflections on the journeys of others. Weekly messages and/or handouts will support your process in between sessions.

Cost?  Just $99 per month. This is a super cost-effective way to get the power of coaching into your life, get the support you want, and realize your goals.

Success depends on the commitments you make and keep to yourself. I expect you to commit to yourself in the program for at least 6 months. But if the program doesn't work for you for some reason, talk to me and we'll work it out what needs to happen.

I am limiting this program for the first half of 2012 to only 6 participants. Let me know ASAP if you want to apply and I will send you a brief questionnaire. I want to know that you are serious about creating change and that I can offer the support you need.  If you are selected as a participant, we will have a 15-minute phone meeting in advance of the first call for me to get to know you and your vision.

This is exciting! Remember it’s OK to be a little – or a lot - scared. We’ve got room for that! Vote for your courageous life by applying now.
